Musikverein Vienna: Mozart Orchestra + Pre- or Post-Concert Dinner

I waited many years to be part of such a lovely concert! It was worth the waiting! Amazing experience!

A perfect evening! Very friendly, professional, helpful, efficient and good-humoured staff and service during dinner in the top-floor dining room with delicious food. 5 minutes walk to the Musikverein with Strauss and Mozart for almost 2 hours - altogether a perfect evening. We highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time. Our meal at the Grand Hotel was great with excellent service. They had our concert tickets ready for us, and it was a short easy walk to the concert venue. The concert was a variety of familiar vocal and instrumental Mozart pieces performed by enthusiastic and talented artists, with an entertaining and energetic conductor. I would highly recommend this experience.

Worth much more than the price. A dinner at the hotel Bristol was fantastic and the concert was so enjoyable with familiar Mozart opera arias.

The dinner was good, the restaurant was not crowded and had good service. As advertised came with a CD and the orchestra and singers were outstanding. Only negative was the wine that was to be included was not offered and no one seemed to be aware of it.

Concert Experience in Vienna – Amazing Performance, Terrible Service by Tiqets The concert itself was absolutely fantastic and exceeded our expectations. However, the service provided by Tiqets was extremely disappointing. There was no prior information about the unavailability of the dinner option before the concert, even though we were able to select a time slot during the booking process. The meeting point and timing details provided were misleading, causing unnecessary confusion. After purchasing the most expensive ticket option, we received no information regarding our exact seats in the venue. Despite reaching out with questions, we only received the tickets shortly before the concert – and not at the designated meeting point where we were supposed to collect them. Our communication with Tiqets was equally frustrating. Instead of taking responsibility, they shifted the blame onto us without offering any alternative solutions. We haven’t encountered such poor handling and unprofessional behavior from an event organizer in a long time.
